Body Awareness Meditation

Are you stuck in your head?
Most of our time is caught up in the activities of the mind, we are not always aware of what our
physical body is experiencing.  We are not grounded. 

Body awareness helps us to tune in with ourselves in a more intimate way, strengthening the mind-body connection and offering us deep insights into how we are doing.

This a short but very powerful grounding meditation.  It is great for those with a busy mind or feelings of overwhelm.
