Emotional Mastery is Self-Mastery

This course is about utilizing the tools we are already comfortable with and applying them to our emotions.
 
These tools include journaling, contemplation, mindfulness and meditation.  We exercise our willingness to be vulnerable.  We illuminate what stands between us and our happiness!

We will tackle the seven primary negative emotions which include:

  • Fear
  • Shame
  • Anxiety
  • Apathy
  • Despair
  • Guilt

  • How to use your emotions for self-reflection and healing.
