Emotional Mastery is Self-Mastery

  • It's about knowing how to process and work with emotions.
  • It's about understanding the message that emotions bring.
  • Without them controlling our behavior. 
Mastery over emotions is the beginning of a true spiritual transformation.
 
The trouble is most of us get caught up in the emotion and lash out or withdraw.  

We sometimes bury our emotions or distract ourselves or numb out.  Guilt and shame can follow, making the problem even worse.

What will I learn?

This course includes more than meditation and mindfulness.  It's a deep dive into why we react with emotion. And how we can channel that energy for positive transformation..
 
This course is about utilizing the tools we are already comfortable with and applying them to our emotions.
 
These tools include journaling, contemplation, mindfulness and meditation.  We exercise our willingness to be vulnerable.  We illuminate what stands between us and our happiness!

What emotions will we explore?

We will tackle the seven primary negative emotions which include:
  • Anger
  • Fear
  • Shame
  • Anxiety
  • Apathy
  • Despair
  • Guilt

What is taught in this course?

This course will teach you..
 
  • How to use your emotions for self-reflection and healing.
  • Why the Law of Attraction gurus may have misled you about keeping your "vibration up".  And how this can be dangerous.
  • Why not to suppress your emotions, especially the ones you don't like.
  • Positive speaking and even posture can have an affect on your emotions.
  • To learn from your emotions without being controlled by them.
