Meditation Timer

1. Simply change the time (duration) to your desired meditation time

2. Click on the note icon to choose your music (or leave at "None" for silent countdown)

3. Adjust volume to desired level (I recomend leaving it at far right position)

4. Click the Begin button, close your eyes and begin your meditation.

You will hear two gongs when the meditation time is up, make sure your speakers are on and loud enough to hear the gongs.
